The concept we provide is no different than that of buying software from eBay, where consumers sell their unused software. We do the same thing, but we target business' for the unused software.


There is no catch - you will receive an installation CD images only (they do not come in their original retail packing and do not include the manual). We do guarantee that all programs are the 100% full working retail versions - no demos or academic versions! When you order, you will receive all materials required for a complete installation - or your money back! Why pay hundreds of dollars more when you can get exactly the same? You don't have to pay that much for the fancy box and manuals.


You get the full version of your software, you will receive everything require to run your software, usually this includes your set up files and a set of setup and install instructions.

No, this is how we pass on savings to you, because your not paying for a fancy box and manuals, you will receive the install CD and an activation key, serial number or CD key necessary to activate your software. You will not always receive original CD's. For example, say a corporation purchases 500 copies from Microsoft, Microsoft wouldn't send 500 disks-that would be silly. Now if we purchase say 100 leftover copies from this said company, we would only receive 1 Master CD and a list of 100 keys that were left over, so sometimes we must make copies of the install CD's. But this doesn't mean your keys aren't completely legal.

Please do not contact the manufacturer for install issues, we provide the support for all install problems. Also if you need to register the software do it thru the program itself after it is installed, do not register thru the internet or phone as the product you just purchased is OEM and must be registered thru the software. If you have any other problems, let us know and if we feel it necessary we will refer you to the manufacturer, since we sold you the software, we are your source of contact-not the manufacturer, Thanks!!

Most programs can be updated, upgraded, and registered, but not all. Please check with us if this is a problem and we can tell you about your specific title.

This is not something we control. Every piece of software is different. Some manufacturers allow multiple uses and some only allow one. Please check with the manufacturer.

Standard Shipping is USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation, not tracking, if your order is placed by 3pm EST, it will ship the next day except weekends and holidays. Your item ships from Delaware. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery before inquiring even though most shipments are received within 2-5 days. We will NOT send out a separate shipping confirmation since the schedule is laid out above. Standard Shiping costs is a flat rate of $10.

This will take you to a printable form with our address and phone number on it for you to mail us your payment. Make all checks and money orders payable to Jays Designs. It actually isn't. It is much safer to place your order online. We do not have access to your credit card info, we can only see the last 4 digits, but if you call in your order, then the transactions has become completely unsecured. We will take a phone order, but strongly caution against it, and this protects us and you, it keeps our hands clean and doesn't leave you vulnerable.

We do sell Mac software, we have a lot of titles. You can find Mac software strictly under the Mac link that is located on the left side menu bar that says "Mac Products" also all Mac titles say "for Mac" right in the product title. You can also look at the system requirements listed for each product if you are confused and check if these requirements are listed for a PC or Mac.
